About the Creator
Rebecca F. Kuang is the #1 New York Times and #1 Sunday Times top rated creator of the Poppy War set of three, Babel: An Esoteric History, and Yellowface. Her work has won the Cloud, Locus, Crawford, and English Book Grants. A Marshall Researcher, she has a MPhil in Chinese Examinations from Cambridge and a MSc in Contemporary Chinese Examinations from Oxford. She is currently seeking after a PhD in East Asian Dialects and Written works at Yale, where she concentrates on diaspora, contemporary Sinophone writing, and Asian American writing.
